Finding Yourself
As a young girl I did not know what I was interested in or what I wanted to do with my life, but once I got older I found that I have a love for photography. Once I started learning about cameras and how I could edit photographs, I knew that photography was something for me. Not everyone is going to know what they are interested in or what they want to do with their life, but when they do, it will make them feel like they have been doing something their entire life.

"The Trouble Tree" by an Unknown Author
The carpenter I hired to help me restore an old farmhouse had just finished a rough first day on the job. A flat tire made him lose an hour of work, his electric saw quit, and now his ancient pickup truck refused to start. While I drove him home, he sat in stony silence.
On arriving, he invited me in to meet his family. As we walked toward the front door, he paused briefly at a small tree, touching the tips of the branches with both hands. When opening the door he underwent an amazing transformation. His tanned face was wreathed in smiles and he hugged his two small children and gave his wife a kiss.
Afterward he walked me to the car. We passed the tree and my curiosity got the better of me. I asked him about what I had seen him do earlier.
"Oh, that's my trouble tree," he replied." I know I can't help having troubles on the job, but one thing's for sure, troubles don't belong in the house with my wife and the children. So I just hang them on the tree every night when I come home. Then in the morning I pick them up again."

Black & White Photography
Black & White photography makes a photograph appear more elegant and beautiful.
When I see a black & white photograph it reminds me of the beauty of the image without color. Black & White Photography let you see past the color and the effects that the photograph has.
It lets you see the real nature and beauty that God created.
The meaning of photography.
Photography is capturing the moment. For me, photography is a way of creating moments that you can remember for the rest of your life. I enjoy photography because it gets me closer to the moment or photo that I am trying to capture.
